Query on Navigation

Hello All

In my 2016 CX5 GT during navigation, though it displays the correct road name with turn Symbols, in the Audio most of the time it says "Rural road xx" instead of the Actual Street or Road name that its displaying.

Anyone noticed this irregularity? I have the latest Map software in the SD card. Please share your thoughts. I'm in Greater Toronoto Area, Canada

I think it is a map issue we don't have down south...

Not sure anyone from Southern Ontario is facing this. Between i noticed that in really rural areas the navigation clearly speaks the Street name but in downtown Mississauga it keep saying take left/right to Rural road - xx which is very annoying.
Do they have a customer care number where i can reach out?
