2016 Tech Package Fog lights swap into 2015 Tech?

2015 CX-5 Grand Touring AWD w/ Mazda3 18 rims
Would the 2016 LED Fog light assembly be plug and play with my 2015 Tech package fog lights? I know the taillights are plug and play but am having trouble with the $700 price just for the parts
 
You're better off with the Morimoto XB LED projectors. The light output simply outperforms any foglights i've seen- even OEM LED's.

*Not trying to market Morimoto, just a consumer speaking the truth*
