I brought home a V6 which has little power. I have a receipt that indicates the firewall side cat was very recently replaced. The battery was dead, so history may have been cleared. I pulled the following graph from it driving it up my driveway after it warmed up a bit.
From the long term fuel trim shifts between accelerating and idle/overrun it would appear to me bank 1 cat is maybe bad even though it was reportedly just replaced. Is that right? Why would O2S12 be hung up at high values? Any other thoughts on what I should be looking at?
There is also a receipt for a recent change of the PCV hose and injector 1,2, and 3
The engine does have a bit of a knocking sound, so it might be getting replaced. However I would like to figure out what is wrong before I replace engines so I don't destroy a good engine.
