2014 Mazda CX-5 Backup Camera

Trying to figure out if It is possible to install an aftermarket backup camera (Preferably Blue Tooth) to a stock display on the 2014 CX-5 sport.
I saw some other threads from prior to 2014 with mixed opinions. Any one know if things have changed with newer models?
If so what products do you suggest.

Original one uses 6V, be aware.

Here's an install I am working on with my 2015 Mazda 3 Sport Hatchback. I bought an adapter from amazon (https://amzn.com/B01C5YCXSK). I think the adapter might be faulty because the video cuts in and out and looks like an old VCR out of track. I am using a 12v camera, I don't know if I am supposed to use a 6v or not, since this car did not come with one, but had all the wires in place.
