OEM remote start install problem

Hello

I am doing this install now.
In the installation manual the remote ECU is supposed to connect to a oem plug under the dash,
But i cannot find this plug/connector.
In the instructions it says that the plug is "optional" Is it possible that these cars comes in different specs.
I have a 16 CX5. Is the problem that these European models dont have this feature?
If so, what to do?

The ECU is located under the dash, right under the steering wheel. You should be looking for a little white plug where you can hook up the remote starter module harness.

You mean the plug is on the left side of the dash? I have the the oem mazda remote start. In the instructions it says under the right side of dash. (left hand drive models)

The problem is when it comes to the ecu wiring to car Connection.

Everything else is ok
