Msp doesn't spool at idle, doesn't build boost..help!!

So today im driving my car and it just isnt feeling right, I go to get into boost and it wont go anywhere near past zero. Im extremely confused, everything is hooked up as it should be but it just will not build boost and im just lost. Please help.

When my car wouldn't build boost it needed a new wastegate actuator

Yea found out my actuator was trash last night so I ordered a whole new wastegate
