Handbrake (parking brake) adjustment

My cx5's handbrake seems a bit slack. Not sure how well it is going to hold my caravan when I'm on a hill. It's not due for a service for quite a while, so I was wondering if it's possible to tighten it myself? (Used to have a Sportage & you you accessed the tightening nut through the storage compartment between the seats)

The US 2013 YM service manual shows the adjustment to be a straight forward process.

Not sure of your YM or if your UK spec. is different, but here is a capture from the manual I have.

Many thanks for this reply, it's spot on! I tried it a bit back with a regular spanner, which is a bit tricky. Just got myself a 10mm box spanner & that makes the job a lot easier
