Mazda Connect Infotainment Questions

Mazda, CX-5 Grand Touring

For the others of you with the 2016s, I'm wondering if you're experiencing some of the same things I am:

1. There's no way to change the voice on the navigation system.
2. The navigation voice only is heard on the left front side speaker.
3. There's no way to pause of play back a Sirius song now.

I've sent several questions to Mazda Connect this week and although it says they'll get back to you within one business day, they've yet to respond at all. That, I'm not happy about.

Was voice change added to 2014's? I can change voices and download others on mine.

To be honest, I haven't noticed. I'll have a look next time I take her out for a spin and report back.

On my wife's 3, all true though we don't have Sirius.

I am experiencing the same things your are. I don't really use Sirius but couldn't figure out how to pause.
