who has used fel-pro gaskets

im about to put my build together and i have a fel-pro head gasket, and was wondering what others have to say about it, did lots of reading and its a total mix review. it is going towards more to use the fel-pro its as good as oem and cometic head gaskets, i even saw a build shop that sells both say fel-pro seals better then cometic.


What would your input?

What are you planning to do with this build? I guarantee that any name brand gasket will do a good enough job for your purposes. I feel like most of the time, its the installer that doesn't do it properly and blames the gasket.

Fel-pro is one of the best known gasket makers out there.

that is what im thinking ive seen some dynos with fel-pro. i have a feeling people use oil when installing studs and pistions and dont clean them up. fel-pro must must be installed dry. i know they use to make gaskets for car makers

I used a fel-pro head gasket. Worked like a charm!

i'm running one right now, no issues, its a light blue one. Not sure if there are other kinds.

fel pro's are just as good as most other brands and i have never had an issue with them
