I know it means Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit Low (Bank 1).
I have disconnected and reconnected the wires to the VTCS and the CEL goes off for a period of time but always comes back on.
I cleared the code and it comes back after a while too.
So do I replace the VTCS?
I was reading someplace there was a recall to remove this solenoid but didn't find any backup data on that.
Any insight is appreciated.
