want to paint inner handles, what the best way to paint them

I wanting to paint the inner handles to match the dark gray interior. But was wondering what is the best way or if possible to completely disassemble the handle to paint the handle, or do I just mask it off then paint. What have you all done to get it done right

Pull latch up. Undo screw. It should then come.out. there is a pin to hold thr handle together. Pull it apart, paint as you did the interior but more clear.

You can still operate the door so no rush to finish.

How can you take the pin out, I can't find a way to pull it out

Push it out with a driver of some sort.

Paint with Krylon Fusion[tm] - bonds to plastic

Sure but it will look like krylon heh. I used auto air colors airbrush paint and some satin cabinet clearcoat from work. tamiya color works well too on plastics. Whatever you use for color, topcoat with 2k clear.
