Door makes noise

My 07 cx9 grand touring doors when i open/close them they make noise like regular doors. What should I do?

What should I use? Because I heard WD-40 wil ruin it?

Not WD-40. WD stands for water depletion.
You need heavy grade grease. Autozone should carry it.

Not to be nit picking, but I think the D in WD-40 stands for "displacing". Grease is good for door hinges, but can be messy. I have used the white lithium grease in the spray can with good results. I also use Vaseline or its' equivalent on lots of stuff that I would like to keep from gooing up, especially my hands. Oil works well too, but needs to be used more often which isn't a bad thing if you can keep a schedule.

Alternatively, get some aerosol White Lithium grease, this should be good enough to penetrate the tight spaces
