2003.5 P5 Late Build Dates

Thought mine was JUNE 2003. It is Hofu (1) & last 6 of VIN = 206551 but the sequence number seems out of line with August and 192360 unless that is sequence number from Hiroshima plant and they had seperate sequence numbers from Hofu. I'll have to doublecheck the build date in door frame.
Sorry it took so long to get back to you, I checked the door jam tag and it says...

That came as a surprise, because I thought the CarFax said it was built and delivered in August.
(I just double checked it, CarFax says it was built July 29th, 2003)
Do you know what month they started building the 2003.5's?

no worries, been out of town, haven't even looked at mine yet but it may be August based on yours. I do remember some discussion with the wife about it being 4 months or so since it had been built, delivered to dealer before I got it in Jan 04.
