Just done the VTCS delete, and now my car is anywhere from 1500 too 2300 RPM just sitting in my driveway. Anyone have any suggestions? idle lol, and it's about 70 degrees here tonight so I don't think it's a cold start.

Or your throttle cable is not installed correctly. As you look down the throttle Body - is the plate closed all the way? Does the throttle move normally?
