The infotainment system is pretty bad.Especially on a '15 vehicle.
Long downloads and the iPod starts at the same list every time and not at your last song play list.
Anyway to start at your last song play list?
Text messaging....faugetaboutit!
Any chance a firmware update is coming?
Traded in a CR-V w/Nav/Bluetooth and everything worked so quick and well.

Bose system is adequate at best. The standard radio must be awful.

It's a shame such a nice vehicle can have these issues.

Thanks.

Seems there's no absolute fix and no firmware update coming.
Maybe just a new system for the '16 model.

Yeah there are parts of the system that suck...but the other SUVs in the class suck so much worse, I will take the better car...I can only hope/pray they can do a massive software update someday and fix all these problems...that should be the joys of digital, is that you can update everything...guess not though...

You could always get adventurous and install one of these....

Its a known problem. Just have to realize the limitations and work around them.
The USB is okay with a stick, but only for long trips to be useful (worthless with an ipod).
The CD can hold 150 mp3 songs and is flawless.
The bluetooth to phone plays songs well.
The HD radio is really nice.

Yeah, mine still doesn't speak Text or eMails, hoping for a firmware update soon to fix it all!!

USB/iPod issues have already solved. In Europe Mazda is changing the Bluetooth module (responsible of the issues).
It will only be changed to people who claim for it.
The BT module is changed by a new reprogrammed one while the old is sent to be reprogrammed again to be later fitted on other affected client.
Hope the solution arrives to America as well
