Sorry, I don't believe it is at this time (that might change with software updates and or changes)...You can subscribe to entire forums such as "Mazda5 Lounge & Welcome Area" and then you can go to your settings page to view thread updates...Settings > My Subscriptions (left side under My Messages) > Subscriptions Folder/s
