OK, I know this thing has electronic power steering, well i'm fairly sure as I don't see a PS reservoir anywhere under the hood. In the past couple of days, the steering has gotten sticky if you will. Getting the wheel to turn 90 degrees one way or the other and the stickiness is present and then stops for a few more degrees, then back again. (I'm referring to the steering wheel, not the tire)
Also, when turning the car and the turn is complete, you can usually let go of the steering wheel and it will return to the normal pace it should be when driving straight. It tends to stop at that 90 degree mark and I have to pull it back to the proper place. This has been scary when i'm used to letting the wheel guide itself back to the 12 o clock position but suddenly it doesn't do it.
I'm curious if there is a part I can look at, or if this has been a problem before. I havent come across something like this before and without a PS reservoir, i'm not sure what to look at.
