New Navigation Disc Release Date?

Does anyone know what time of year the navigation discs are updated? I need to buy a new one but would be really disappointed if I find that right after buying one that a new release becomes available.

The website doesn't tell you when the new one will be released. So, if you buy one from the website today a new revision could come out tomorrow. That's what I want to avoid.

On the website its has this version available:

"Mazda - North America Map DVD Version 2014 ("2013" copyright date)"

Does anyone know what month it was released?

Also, has anyone found a difference to make it worth the $200 upgrade?
