Mazda Beeping Setting?

Hi All,

I recently got a brand new Mazda 2 1.3, however the moment i drove away from the dealership i have this irritating beeping sound.

I spoke with the helpline and they weren't sure so advised me to take it to their garage but they can't fit me in for another 2 weeks. 4 weeks after i bought it!

But i spoke to the guy who sold it to me and he said it is just a setting that he can change to stop beeping, but wouldn't explain to me over the phone. He wants me to go in next week, meaning a long weekend with this beeping in my ear!!!

Does anyone know how to change the setting to stop this random beeping at all?
Does anyone even know why it beeps?!?!

Did you figure out what it was? Does the Mazda 2 have Blind Spot Monitoring? I am getting Mazda 2 on Friday.
