The rear end on my MSP is too low. As well, I have the dreaded CLUNK.

So, my questions are;
-How should fix the Lazy ass end? new struts or springs? or do i replace them with coilovers? if I am not going to race/track the car, is there any point to coilovers?
-HOW DO I GET RID OF THE CLUNK!?!?!?!?!?!

If the struts have been replaced with regular protege Tokikos the rear will sag .75". You need new struts or springs to correct this. The clunk will go away with new rear swaybar bushings and grease. The endlinks may need to be replaced as well.

is there a specific part number I should be looking for in regards to the rear struts and the bushings?

The correct MSP struts are only available from Crossover Auto .com and they are expensive. It's easier and cheaper to get lowering springs for a protege that will match your new struts. Sock replacement or polyurethane bushings are available at any dealership or Mazda parts website, I don't know the part number but be sure it's for an MSP/MP3 (will be labeled WITH MPS2 suspension).
