Aftermarket stereos.

I may want to get an aftermarket stereo. I was looking for some kind of touchscreen with a cd player. I also hope to keep the functionality of the steering wheel controls along with the center console usb/audio jack controls. Anyone know of an aftermarket radio I could look at?

I have owned Alpine units in the past and have gotten 10+ years out of both with no problems.

I have a Pioneer AVIC system in my 2010 Dodge Ram. It is touchscreen, Navigation, Bluetooth, backup camera, has an SD card for portable music and it syncs to my iphone for playing Pandora and music from my library. The factory steering wheel controls were used as well.

I have been really happy with it, and am thinking about putting a similar unit without navigation in my 6.
