New Owner of 2008 GT

Greetings, I'm a new owner of a 2008 CX-9 GT with 89000 miles. Always wanted one to go with my 2002 Miata SE. Now we are a zoom-zoom family. I was a bit hesitant about getting a vehicle with so many miles, but we needed a third row vehicle and for around $13k this was a steal of a deal.

This CX-9 had excellent maintenance records, and no major issues. It also performed very well on our test drive and evaluation. The shocks (or struts?) may be leaking, but that is pretty standard for 100k vehicle. It's also not an urgent issue. It doesn't affect the ride at all. It was listed on a maintenance report as suggested service", but I am not sure if it was fixed.

I know tons about the miata, but little about the cx-9. I will be leaning on this forum in the days ahead.

Great. Has the transmission been serviced before?

Yes, according to service records the transmission was flushed at 75k miles. I will probably do a drain/refill at 100k. I was worried about the tranny issues but at least it has had some attention, even if it was a flush.

Keep doing flushing if the last one was OK.
No more than 30k in between.
