On the 2001 Protege 1.6L engine, two of the plugs are directly on the coil packs. The other two are standard plug wires. On cylinders 1 & 3, which have the standard wires, the plug boots are tight and hard to get too, does anyone know how to pull those recessed plug boots easily without damaging the plug wires? Thanks.
