I bought my 2013 Mazda 2 Touring in Liquid Silver Memorial Day weekend. It had 60 miles on it. I bought it from Balise Mazda in West Springfield, MA. My parents had bought the 07 6 iVE back in 2008 from them for my brother. (Who then killed it, that's a different story for a different thread) It's also the dealership I bought my 2012 3s Touring Hatch back in July 2012. I traded in the 3, they gave me what I owed on the car, I had owned it 10 months and put almost 30k on it. I went from 0.9% on the 3, to 0.0% on the 2. I lost the smart key, the BOSE, the sunroof and auto climate - but I see it as less things to break down the road. When taking delievery of the 2, I didn't have them detail it, as I do detailing on the side. I love how simple the car is, and how simple it is to work on it.

While detailing it, I did the first mod on the car:
badge relocation
45% tint all around (I might go back and get 35% done this spring - I want it a little darker)
Corksport front plate kit:
Just recently I added the K&N panel filter.
I also just got the Dynotronics ECU GB Tune, so I will be tuned very shortly.
Plans for the future:
Exterior:
16" Miata split spoke rims. (powder coated gun metal)
paint badges (not sure if I want to do: black, gun metal, or liquid silver)
Gloss black vinyl the roof and mirror caps
Euro head lights (I don't even care if there are projectors or not, just get rid of that awful yellow reflector)
blacked out LED tails
Interior:
LEDs
all weather floor mats
some upgraded speakers
the Mazda bluetooth system for the 2
Suspension:
lowering (I haven't decided what I want yet)
Corksport rear torsion bar
"Performance:"
Fiesta ST brakes? Or some sort of rear disc conversion
new exhaust. I have some parts I might make my own, not sure yet.
I recently bought a house, ontop of my payment for the 2, so mods will be coming slowly, but I really like this car. I have liked them since I test drove one in 2011, but I wasn't sure if it was going to be too much of a change from the 6, but I was never happy with the 3.
