One day I found my mazda left rear bumper reflector is loose. I open cover and found on of plate for screw fall off. I found also it was poor design. Inside if the bumper it is just three small flat pins holding 2 x 2 plate fro screw. So all they broke. I did not find any evidence of accident. I think it happens because vibration but Mazda dealer (Ron Tonkit Portland, OR USA) think it is happens because some body hit my car. I will post pictures as soon as possible. Does any one have this kind issue?
PS Mazda offer to replace bumper but for paint the bumper they ask me to pay! am not ok with that. I know it is easy to fix but I want to see how warranty really work!

I had same thing with my reflector I only discovered it was loose when going to wash car.

dealer reckoned low speed car park nudge. Fortunately they fixed for me and there was no VISIBLE damage. But I agree about the design on the fixing for the reflector.

you can buy some 3m DP110 or DP125, plastic bonder, 2 part material or other plastic or gorilla glue, and glue that piece back on.

or strong automotive double sided tape,

I used the DP110 glue since I have it at work.

Well Mazda approved bumper replacement, They will cover all expenses. It is not happens in first place but after I open claim with BBB they call me next day telling me they will cover ALL expenses.
