Boost Fluctuation under WOT

Just recently I have felt my cars boost fluctuating under WOT and was able to capture a log of what has been going on. I haven't made any changes besides resetting the ECU (battery disconnect) when changing out the battery. I'm not sure what's going on and I have done some research and it seems it could either be the EBCS which I have replaced a year ago with a Grimmspeed EBCS or my wastegate.
I have checked all the tubes running to the wastegate and the COBB TIP and they are on there snug. I have the EBCS running in 2 port mode with the 3rd port capped per Grimmspeed. Can someone shine some light on what could be going on here please.

Also, I took my car off Stage 1 tune and have it running stock and am not going WOT or really even driving it until I can get this figured out. Thanks!

Log - 4th -6th gear WOT

uncap the 3rd side it has to breath. I got that from the guys at JMS when they tuned me last Saturday.

I emailed Grimmspeed directly and they said it needs to be capped. I'll go try it out now and post results!
