Unsure of name of part, please help! Cannot drive car until fixed.

I recently bought a 1997 mazda 323 protege 1.6L and i have noticed a leak, once the car gets hot it will leak all the coolant out of a metal pipe at the front passenger side of the engine the pipe isnt very thick, its metal, runs from just below the exhaust part it looks like up to a rubber tube that has 2 rubber tubes connecting to it, the green coolant leaks out and im not sure what that metal pipe is called. Can someone please try help me figure it out? cheers
