Unstable navigation screen

Has anyone run into a problem with their navigation screen? I'm at a complete stop and the screen starts to twist and turn. My portable Garmin doesn't even do that. Has anyone run into the same problem and resolved it? I have the latest firmware updates and I have yet to complain to the dealer about it.
 
That happens when you don't do a GPS Fix update... Do it at least once a month.

Thanks to those who tried to help me out. I went to the TomTom website and found the answer. I failed to reset the NB1. You do that by turning on the car without the SD card, shut off engine and wait about 10 seconds, re-insert the SD card. No more issues with the jittering screen at a complete stop.
 
Applicable for U.S. tomtom systems as we run on FM frequencies. Not too sure about Euro.
