Bluetooth phone system buzzing noise

I use my phone a lot as I drive, recently a lot of people have been complaining that there is a lot of buzzing noise on the line. I tested it myself today with a few different phones and it is there with them all, very annoying. It sounds a bit like the noise you get when someone is using a mobile phone beside a television which is on.
I tried setting the various phones in different locations in the car, I also tried it whilst having the audio volume turned off, nothing made any difference.
It is only the person at the other end of the line who hears the noise, it sounds fine at my end in the car.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any ideas as to the cause/ problem, and a cure?

That only happens when it is raining or I have at least one window open.

Is your overhead console and headliner rattling at all?

My issue is something like an electrical interference.
It doesn't make a difference if it is raining or not. The headliner seems to be fine I haven't heard any rattles coming from it.

Have you asked the dealer to check the mic, from a previous post I'm assuming its near the headliner?
