That new Ford 1.0L Ecoboost motor would be a fun motor for our cars. 123 hp and 148 lb-ft would make our cars significantly quicker, improve mpg, and probably not add any weight. Its a shame its going in the heavier fiesta. Word on this motor has been out for awhile now, but I just came across this article on autoblog about it winning engine of the year:
