Electrical problem? 2002 Protege 5

Mazda technicians say there is nothing wrong, so why does my car not work? My 2002 Protege 5 will suddenly just have no power-nothing works, no lights, no interior lights, no warning lights, no radio, and engine stops working as well. When I try to crank it, nothing happens-no sounds-nothing. Then, all of a sudden, everything starts working again-lights, sounds, and engine. It seems to only do this in warm weather. Anybody else have these problems? Any idea what is happening? I really appreciate your help on this. I'm tired of the Mazda guys looking at me like I'm crazy.

Check the terminals on the battery,... make sure they are clean and tight.

+1 on checking terminals. Also try a different mechanic

Change the battery cables.
