New Cylinder Head

Hey guys, I've got a really annoying situation with a heli-coil.
I bought the car without noticing the heli-coil.
Now the helicoil/spark plug is leaking exhaust and making a really annyoing clicking noise.

I figure that i've messed around with it enough and should probably just bite the bullet and buy a new cylinder head, gaskets, head studs, fluids...
Timing belt was done roughly 35k ago.
I'm fully capable of the job and have the tools.

Do you guys have any oppositions to these part selections?
I just want to make sure everything here will work.

Seems like a good deal.

And if there's anything else that I might need let me know.

Please give me some input.
Thanks, Ben

I know that you are supposed to machine the bottom of the head to get it flat, but I don't picture having a warped block.

My current headgasket is totally fine, so I'm pretty sure the mating surface is pretty good

If I do have to do it though, that seems like it would be a real pain.

I dont plan on removing the block and I'm not taking the car to a shop, so I don't forsee that happening
