Ever since I noticed the P5's, I've wanted one. The time came, and here I am. Got a 2003 Auto with 150,000 mi. There are the appropriate ammount of dings/scratches for a car with this many miles, but it's in great shape. I drove a couple and this one was by far the nicest inside and out. Very clean and drives/shifts tight.
The PO blew a head gasket and consequently put in a used Jap. engine. As a result, i had to replace the knock sensor and the air intake boot.
Also as a consequence of the HG blow, my primary cat is ruined. I have to figure out what I'm going to do about that ASAP. I'm also getting a CEL for the FPR solenoid. Starting out a bit pricy, but my mech says the engine is very good with low miles.
Anyone else in So Cal? I drive between LB and Walnut/Pomona four days a week.
