Noob to MX-3 How to disable seatbelt beep?

Hello,

I've been browsing the forum, and found the answer to this question about other models, but not my beloved MX-3.

The seatbelt warning beep sounds ALL THE TIME, though intermittently, even when I'm properly belted. How can I disable that sucker and save what little sanity I have? (drunk)

Ack, I can't believe that nobody offered to help you out on this one...

The module that controls that particular beeping resides underneath your seat. There is a little quick-release you can disconnect between the lap-belt buckle and the module, this should alleviate your suffering.
