Anyone know how to replace the adjustment mechanisms or know of a how to ?

Dude its mad easy I just did it on my p5. All you do is get a 10 mm socket and there should be one screw right on the back of the light housing. From there you just tighten it to turn it down or you loosen it to raise it up. Mad easy, took me five minutes top. I had a new light on the right side and it was a 8 mm so just scope it out.

No I need to replace the gear that actually adjusts the light. When I turn the bolt nothing happens.

on something like this, I'd call the dealer service area or pay them a visit in person and ask for the correct part number and either get one online or through the dealer. Some of these little things are hard to track down otherwise.
