Removing fog lights from bumper

Hey, just wondering how I can pop the fog lights out of the housing on the front bumper? Thanks!

I just replaced both my fog lights last week. All you do is remove the small plastics things on the side right under the fog lights. Then using a ratchet, not a socket cause it wont fit, slowly unscrew the nut. Make sure to hold the fog light from the front so it wont fall forward. Then when you have unscrewed the nut you can pull the fog light out a little. from there you can push out the one clip and disconnect the harness. From there you should be able to pull the light out. to replace the bulb you'll have to unscrew the two philips head screws and replace the bulb within. This is what I followed:
