CAN Bus on 2012 Mazda5?

I've been looking at replacing a number of light bulbs on my car with LED units, but I see that there are two different types that apparently shouldn't be mixed or interchanged. It seems that there are some design for cars that use CAN Bus architecture, and others that don't use this technology. I think that the 2012 Mazda5 uses CAN Bus - can anyone confirm this?

I have installed LEDs on my 2012 Mazda - map lights and license plate lights are directional which is to say they are NOT on CANbus. Where CANbus may be a factor is in the speedometer lights.
