'14 Touring with Tech - Front Door speakers crossover question

Hi Folks

My wife started complaining that the sound isn't as good as it used to be on the Bose all of a sudden. I did diagnostics check and listened to various sources and it seems that front door speakers are only reproducing low frequency like some sort of a lame subwoofer... Is that normal? I could not find where the bose amp is, or why i never hear anything out of the central channel. Rear speakers sound tiny and sound seems to be mostly produced by front dash pair. Is there something wrong?

Front doors on the bose ARE woofers. Center channel only comes on with a quality source and centerpoint enabled.

There is a post somewhere that shows the Bose setup with the amp under the passenger seat. Be sure to play a good CD with uncompressed music before you decide the Bose is not working...
