Charcoat filter for in-cabin filter ?

I think I saw them on Amazon.
They are more expensive. I recall that the ones on my ex-BMW costs $40 each MSRP, usually $25 on sales or discount.
And, it needed two. They don't call BMW, Break My Wallet, for no reason.

Charcoal filter can eliminate odor much better than the OE one.

I found an ATP FA-14 that's supposed to fit a CX-9 perfectly, and has a layer of activated carbon. (. . . )

Found it ! http://www.paulstravelpictures.com/Mazda-CX-9-Cabin-Air-Filter-Cleaning-Replacement-Guide/

The ATP FA-19 is a perfect fit for CX-9.

Um, FA-19 or FA-14? The FA-19 seems to be mostly listed as for the Ford Fiesta, and has a cardboard frame.

FA-14 is a filter element only without a frame.

I think this latter is the correct one.
