yea when at idle my car idles perfect yet when the
fans kick in it draws power and my idle drops down
to almost stall and no power until it flutters back up
when fans turn off any idea's???

Thanks

It does draw a lot of power and the alternator is 'just sufficient' for most loads. You see the headlights dim when all four windows are going up/reach thier stops...

Try beefing up the ground cable from the body to the battery and also from the engine to the body. I just added a duplicate to the existing ground wire to both.

Are the fans turning on for the a/c or in response to engine temp? If it is a/c - you also have the draw on the engine power of the compressor and interior air fan as well... Lastly, I would inspect the Idle Air Control. But you should get a CEL if it is going bad... so....

ya ok i just cleaned my iac valve and my egr running better
