Has anyone had this happen?
I was having trouble starting my 2013 CX5 (push button start) it turned out to be my phone charger interfering with the ignition frequency. Service dept. said it is a known problem. He said the phone charger is fine while driving but sometimes will cause interference to the ignition when the car is in park and you try to start the car it won't start. (I had the red key flashing on the instrument panel). I was told at Mazda service to unplug the phone charger and start the car then plug the phone charger back in.
