Mid-pipe bolts?

Does anyone know if the bolts on the rear side of the mid-pipe are pressed in or welded in? I need to cut off my stock exhaust because the nuts are rusted on and rounded, but I don't want to be screwed when it turns out that I can't bolt the new one on.

I've got one of these,... It works really good for rusted or rounded bolts,... you can crank it really tight. I don't know if there is enough room for the head of the pliers to fit on the bolt though.

Damn I wish I had known about these products before I cut off one of the bolts...and realized that it's welded in.
Oops. I guess I'll just take it to a muffler shop.

Meineke cut it off for me. Got my JIC Magic Bullet hooked up instead of the hacked together crap the previous owner installed.
