So it's been 1000km since I did my oil change and replaced the PCV valve... so far so good, no burnt oil and still very clean . On another note, I was replacing a headlight bulb today and I noticed this hose hanging around down in the engine bay... I would assume it's connected to the coolant cap. Why it was hanging around there and why no mechanic noticed is another story. I never noticed because I didn't even know there was a hose since it was stuck down in the bay, so I thought that was normal...

I thought it was the coolant reservoir hose but yours looks connected.

I found this on my car,... a bigger vac line of some sort.
I think it's part of the brake booster.

Also if your motor is burning oil and your valve seals are fine you might need to replace your Engine oil rings and if that's the case you have to rebuild your engine! Basically your Engine oil rings also help to burn your oil properly and they also make sure that your engine runs correctly
