Need imput on summer tires

Looking for people who had rubbing & fitment issues on tires/aftermarket rims

I will run on 16x7 rims, +40offset, and I plan on running 205/55/r16, also with dropped suspension (Tein S-tech + KYB G-shock)

now.. will this cause rubbing issues? thanks for your input guys

I am no expert but with a 55 series tire you should have enough stretch that you won't have any issues.

55 will make the tire taller then factory, if you dont want to rub i suggest you stay a stock size or a smaller size, maybe lik a 205/45/r16

I'm not sure on this but you might need a wider tire than a 205. I only suggest this because I know on my factory wheels (16x6, I think? x6.5?) I'm running 205-50-16, and it seems to me that with a wheel that's an inch wider, you'd need a tire an inch wider.

I look forward to being corrected though.

Mp3's came with 17x7 and had 205-45-17 stock

You can stretch it a little bit and still be fine as far as safety and ride quality go
