Hey guys. I just got handed a new spec sheet for the 2014 Mazda6, and i-ELOOP has been added to it. No price or fuel economy numbers yet, but it's listed as a separate package to the Tech package on the GT's (so GT, GT-tech, GT-tech w/i-ELOOP). Unfortunately there was no release window either, but I'll try and keep you posted.

That's a damn good question. When I find out the difference in fuel economy, I'll let you know.

I'm going to get the Advanced Package (which comes with i-eloop). I'll post some fuelly specs when I get it (I'm thinking around May-ish)

i bought the 2014 mazda 6 w/advance package soul red. very happy with it so far. can get little over 40mpg if driver around sixty and letting the ieloop charge up when coasting down hill. and trying to be easy on throttle when going up hills. seems like very safe car with all the forward radar cruise, adaptive headlights, and side blind spot warnings. only concern is if the 12-24volt alternator goes out probably won't be a cheap item.
