Wires for MP5 fog lights

Hello...
Im new to this forum... but not the car world..

i have a 2003 Protege5, 2.0l, Auto Stick. I bought the car back in 07 wrecked (hit in the right front) when i got the car it had the standard frontend on it and not whats suppose to be on it. ive sence then fix it and put the right front end on it. the only issue that i have now is... NO FOG LIGHTS, not even the wiring is there to splice in that i can see. where is it located at and what are the wires im looking for? the switch is there on the dash.

The wiring harness runs behind the front bumper secured by clips. It's $85 fron here:

also, does the wiring start on the drivers side or the passenger? what are the wire colors im looking for?

wiring connects to body harness on passenger side if memory serves me right.
