Hey guys, new member from nl

Recently I decided i no longer needed a truck or the high gas bill along with my 5.4 f150, and i was looking for a little compact to wrench on as a project again so I picked up a 03 P5 5 speed with 120xxx kms and i am loving every minute of it.
Been reading up on the forum for a while and got some plans. Prob going to auto x this car like my last car, a 02 focus i did some work with. I've had this Mazda about a week, and have made my own 2 1/2 inch axle back exhaust with a magnaflow muffler and 4 inch magnaflow tip. I did a two tone with the hood and basically cleaned the interior out.
At this time of year mods are slow because of winter driving and lots of snow, but I will be gathering parts. I plan a rear strut bar connector, Lowering springs and strut combo. I had coilovers on my focus but im not planning to go that low or expensive again. Also I plan on an obx header and fab up a full exhaust back to my axle back. As well i'm looking around at some 17x9 wheels . If this all follows through I will give the car a nice paint job as i have with the last several vehicles I've owned.

Welcome! Have you thought about blacking out the headlights? I think it would look pretty good with the two tone...

Thanks for the welcome guys, and Mookhaasa Im no professional, I'm a carpenter by trade but I've always enjoyed automotive. I've had a few projects, an 88 s10 with a 383 smallblock swap, 88 foxbody And two jettas, with some fun work. An 89 and a 96 , and some other not so successful, due to lack of interest. I like to think I'm an avid hobbyist Heres a pic of my last paint job which i really though came out great on the focus.
