Protege and Protege5 front fender interchangable?

This may seem like a obvious question, but has anyone used a Protege front fender (driver or passenger) on a Protege5 or vic versa?

I got into a accident and need to replace the front driver side fender and door. Was wondering if I could open my search to Protege's rather than just Protege5's.

Yeah they are the same only difference is the sedan may or maynot have the turn signal not sure as to what years or P5 and sedan came with them but all 01-03 Sedan/P5/MSP/MP3 are the same car minus the bumper on the sedan and the hatch on the P5. But you get the idea

iirc the MP3 and MPS were the only two sedans to have the side marker in the fender.

FYI. '03 protege dx has fender marker lights as well. Just bought one as a parts car and has the same fenders with the marker lights as my msp. I can post pics I anyone would like. Just thought I would give a heads up.

I have an 02 P5 (built Sept. 2001) and it doesn't have fender lights.

Without fender lights (all 02's I think)

With fender lights (all 03's I think)
