dash lights not working

I have checked all my fuses and replaced all the little bulbs..any ideas why they won't come on ..thank you in advance for any advice
 
check the connections to the dimmer? put a volt meter up to the wires and see if your getting a reading?

I know its been a while but I am really, really hoping you have resolved this issue as I am having the same exact issue.
