Going to the dealer: when to replace the pulley and/or tensioner - drive belts

I am due for a big service. I have an 05 Mazda3. 50K miles. Dealer recommends I replace the serpentine belt but no mention of AC or pulley or tensioner.

I've read that some people are replacing the pulley which is inexpensive. What about the tensioner? The price of the tensioner is around $150 at the Stealership. I dont know how often the tensioner actually fails vs the pulley. I havent found any info on that.
